Allergies: Known allergies to local anesthetics, pigments, or any of the following ingredients: *Lidocaine, Tetracaine, Epinephrine, Rosin, Glycerin, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Extract, Isopropyl Alcohol, Benzyl Alcohol, PEG-8, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Ethoxydiglycol, or Silica. Skin Conditions (In Treatment Area): Sunburn, rashes, dermatitis, or active infections (wait for symptoms to subside). For folliculitis, email for a consultation. Medical Conditions & Diagnoses: Any/all Autoimmune Disorders, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, or Scleroderma. Cancer, Leukemia, or Sarcomas. Chemotherapy treatment within the last year. Type 1 Diabetes. (Type 2 Diabetes requires a doctor's note). Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure, Pacemaker, severe Heart Disease, or Artificial Valves. Blood diseases (Hemophilia, Sickle Cell Anemia, Platelet Disorders) or Acute Hepatitis. Epilepsy or Glaucoma (Glaucoma applies to eyeliner treatments only). Current viral infections or infectious diseases. Medications & Skin Tendencies: Current use of Accutane and/or Retin-A. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy Deposits A non-refundable $100 deposit is required at booking to reserve your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost. All deposits are strictly non-refundable and no refunds are issued for services rendered. Cancellations & Rescheduling Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. The following applies based on notice given: 72+ Hours Notice Your deposit remains valid if you reschedule within 4 weeks of your original appointment date. Failure to rebook within 4 weeks results in deposit forfeiture. Less Than 48 Hours Notice Your deposit is forfeited immediately. A new $100 deposit is required to book any future appointment. No-Call / No-Show Your deposit is forfeited and all future appointments must be paid in full upfront at the time of booking — no exceptions. Refunds We do not offer refunds on deposits or completed services under any circumstances.
