Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required at booking to reserve your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost. All deposits are strictly non-refundable and no refunds are issued for services rendered.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. The following applies based on notice given:
72+ Hours Notice
Your deposit remains valid if you reschedule within 4 weeks of your original appointment date. Failure to rebook within 4 weeks results in deposit forfeiture.
Less Than 48 Hours Notice
Your deposit is forfeited immediately. A new $100 deposit is required to book any future appointment.
No-Call / No-Show
Your deposit is forfeited and all future appointments must be paid in full upfront at the time of booking — no exceptions.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on deposits or completed services under any circumstances.
